Brad’s Gourmet Foods, LLC is a small company whose ideas, inspirations and flavors began in Brad’s own kitchen in Arizona. Brad was not able to find a flavorful hot sauce on the market that was packed with an extreme level of heat, so he began preparing his own. This is where Brad’s Gourmet Internal Combustion Extreme Habanero Sauce was born. Once they tasted his sauce, Brad’s friends and family took his personal supply for their own use. Due to his dwindling supply Brad was forced to continuously prepare new batches and try new recipes. These same friends and family members soon began requesting that their supplies be refilled, so Brad began shipping his sauces across the country. When Brad’s wife’s job took them to Texas, he decided to take the advice of many, and advantage of the location and enter the hot sauce business. Internal Combustion Pepper Sauces Brad's Gourmet Foods, LLC is the maker of "Internal Combustion" Caribbean Fusion gourmet hot pepper sauces. We offer handcrafted small-batch gourmet habanero based pepper sauces that are out of this world. "Turn up the flavor as you turn up the heat” is our motto and most accurate description. Our layers of traditional Caribbean flavors are crafted to compliment the levels of heat. We use only the freshest, highest quality all natural ingredients while producing these gourmet sauces. Our products include over 20 different ingredients in each bottle.
